Meeting : Wednesday, 14th January 2009, 9.15 - 10.15 pm

Meeting was held to discuss again what requirements or functions that we request from Lunar4Studios Corporation. From the discussion we agreed to add new requirements or functions to this software. The updated requirements or functions for the software are as following:-

Functions:-

User

• register
• login
• select layout template
• view or download template
• review application
• view status of application
• print status of application (optional)

Admin

• login
• approve application
• update layout template
• add new layout template
• delete layout template
• edit layout template

Meeting : Friday, 16th January 2009, 9.15 - 10.30 pm

We had a meeting with Lunar4Studios Corporation to discuss about their requirements of the software that we have to develop for them. The courseware that we have to develop is Learning Alphabet and Number. Group members of Lunar4Studios Corporation told us what requirements or functions that they want to have in the courseware. Below are the requirements or functions that they request:-

Menu

• Learning Alphabet - uppercase and lowercase
• Learning Numbering - 1-10
• Exercises/games

Others

• This courseware should come with sound.
• Have pictures or graphics
• Not using striking colors
• Background colors must less than three colors.
• Use more icons

During this meeting we also exchange our requirements with Lunar4Studios Corporation.
